Sarah Dahl will be joining WYRT for the Fashion Drawing Session on Thursday. Dahl has been involved in the Los Angeles fashion industry as womenswear designer and illustrator, while earning her AA in Fashion Design and dual BFA in Illustration and in Graphic Design.
Aphrodite
She established Dahl Design, Inc. in 2003, under which she has been creative director, fashion designer, illustrator, graphic designer and photographer. As art director and graphic designer, she has worked in the L.A. entertainment graphic design industry for several years doing projects for major movie and music studios, celebrities and charities.
In 2007, she shifted to New York, and has been a part of the NYC fashion industry, as fashion designer and illustrator, ever since. Her design and illustration work has been published in WWD, InStyle, Mademoiselle, among other industry and fashion publications. Her illustrations, digital art and photography have been shown and sold in New York galleries and design websites. Today, she and Dahl Design, Inc. remain bi-coastal, and have clients in the fashion, illustration and graphic design worlds.
