A few illustrations from the Bergdorf Goodman Collection. These were done back in the early 50′s. American illustrators employed by Bergdorf used to go to Paris and illustrate what they saw on the runway so the American department store could do their licensed version of the pieces. This is at a time photography wasn’t economical.
