Happy Friday Everyone,
Real quick, I found the fashion illustrator who did the sketch for the Ralph Lauren commemorative plate that’s on the Fashion Walk of Fame. Her name is Audrey Schilt and she lives here in New York. Audrey began sketching for Halston and later went on to sketch for Ralph as a conceptual artist and creative director for 22 years. Nice gig, huh?
Those of us who braved the cold during the Garment District Walking Tour last week remember our friend Mike telling us about the Ralph Lauren Company, but he didn’t mention our fellow fashion illustrator Audrey!
